Muharram Ke Kuch Masail
بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
- Kuch logon mein yeh mashoor hai ke "muharram mein shadi nahi karni chahiye" is baat ki shari'at e islamiyah mein koi asl nahi hai.
- Khaas taur par muharram hi ke mahine mein qabrastaan jaana aur qabron ki ziyarat karna Kitaab o Sunnat se saabit nahi hai, yaad rahe ke aakhirat aur maut ki yaad aur amwaat ke liye dua ke liye har waqt bagahir kisi takhsees ke qabron ki ziyarat karna jayiz hai, bashartke shirkiyah aur bid’ati umoor se mukammal ijtenaab kiya jaye.
- Aashura (10 muharram) ke roze ke bare mein Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaaya:
وصيام يوم عاشوراء احتسب على الله أن يكفر السنة التى قبله
"Main samhajta hon ke aashure ke roze ki wajah se Allah Ta'ala guzishta saal ke gunaah mu'aaf farmaa deyta hai."
(Sahih Muslim: Hadees: 1162)
Ek doosri riwayat mein aaya hai ke:
افضل الصيام بعد رمضان شهر الله المحرم
"Ramzan ke b'ad sab se behtareen roze, Allah ke (haraam kardah) mahine muharram ke roze hain."
(Sahih Muslim, Hadees: 1163)
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (Razi Allahu Anhuma) farmaate hain:
خالفوا اليهود وصوموا التاسع والعاشر
"Yahoodiyon ki mukhalifat karo aur 9 aur 10 (muharram) ka roza rakho."

*Sayyiduna Ibne Abbas (Razi Allahu Anhuma) ne farmaaya:
صوموا التاسع والعاشر، ولا تتشبهوا بيهود
"Nau(9) aur Dus(10) muharram ka roza rakho aur yahoodiyon ki mukhalifat karo."
(as-Sunan al-Maasura li-Shafayi, Safa: 317, Hadees: 337, Wa Sanadahu Sahih)
- Muharram hurmat ke mahino mein se hai, is mein jung o qitaal karna haraam hai illa yeh ke musalmano par kafir hamla kar den, hamle ki surat mein musalmaan apna poora idfaa' karen ge.
- Muharram 6 hijri mein gazwa e khaibar huwa tha (23 May 627) dekhe (Taqdeem Tareekh, Page: 2)
- Dus(10) Muharram 61 hijri ko Sayyiduna Husain (Razi Allahu Anhu) ko karbala mein mazlomaana shaheed kiya gaya, in ki shahadat par shor macha kar rona, girebaan phaadna aur mou wagerah peetna yeh sab haraam kaam hain, is tarah "imam zade" wagerah keh kar afsoos ki mukhtalif rusumaat anjaam deyna aur sableelen wagerah lagana shari'at se saabit nahi hai.
